Zumba Dance Workout

Main Zumba Dance Workout (30 minutes)
Do each routine or song for approximately 5 minutes. Choose high-energy tracks with a BPM (beats per minute) of around 100-120 for an engaging Zumba dance workout.

Move side-to-side with basic salsa steps, adding arm movements and exaggerated hip motions. -

Slower beats, using full-body movements and sways to transition to a lower activity state.
Cool-Down (5 minutes)
- Side-to-side steps with deep breaths
- Upper body stretches: shoulder rolls, neck stretches, and cross-arm shoulder pulls
- Lower body stretches: calf stretches, quadriceps pulls, and hamstring reaches
- Finish with deep breathing and light, fluid arm movements
