Warm-Up (5-10 minutes)

  • Jump Rope: 3 minutes
  • Arm Circles: 1 minute forward, 1 minute backward
  • Dynamic stretches (arm swings, leg swings): 3 minutes

Main Boxing Workout (25 minutes)

  1. Jab, Cross Combo: 3 rounds of 1 minute each
