Main Dancing Session (30 Minutes):

- Belly Dance Shimmy: Core-focused hip belts. (5 minutes)

Cool-Down and Stretching (10 Minutes):
- Gentle Side Steps: 2 minutes
- Static stretches for quads, hamstrings, and calves: 3 minutes total
- Executive Stretch: Deep reach for upper body and spine: 2 minutes
- Deep Breathing and Shoulder Stretches: 2 minutes
- Child’s Pose and relaxing full body stretch: 1 minute
