Warm-up

Get your body ready for this core workout for stability with a 5-minute dynamic warm-up:

  • Cat-Cow Stretch: 1 minute
  • Standing Torso Twists: 1 minute
  • High Knees: 1 minute
  • Arm Circles: 1 minute
  • Jumping Jacks: 1 minute

Main Workout
