Today’s CrossFit workout is designed to enhance your fitness, strength, and overall health through a combination of high-intensity workouts that blend cardio, weightlifting, and bodyweight exercises. This best CrossFit workout will keep you engaged and push your limits for optimal results.
Warm-Up (10 minutes)
- 1 minute of Jump Rope
- 10 Push-Ups
- 10 Air Squats
- 10 Lunges (each leg)
- 10 Arm Circles (each direction)
- Repeat the above circuit twice
Workout of the Day (WOD)
AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) in 20 minutes
- 15 Burpees
- 20 Box Jumps (24″ box)
- 15 Kettlebell Swings (53 lbs)
- 10 Pull-Ups
- 200-meter Run
Strength Training
Deadlift
- 5 sets of 5 reps with increasing weight
Cool Down and Stretching (10 minutes)
- 5 minutes of light jogging or walking
- Hamstring Stretch – 1 minute each side
- Quadriceps Stretch – 1 minute each side
- Shoulder Stretch – 1 minute each side
- Child’s Pose – 2 minutes
