Today’s CrossFit workout is designed to enhance your fitness, strength, and overall health through a combination of high-intensity workouts that blend cardio, weightlifting, and bodyweight exercises. This best CrossFit workout will keep you engaged and push your limits for optimal results.

Warm-Up (10 minutes)

  • 1 minute of Jump Rope
  • 10 Push-Ups
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 10 Lunges (each leg)
  • 10 Arm Circles (each direction)
  • Repeat the above circuit twice

Workout of the Day (WOD)

AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) in 20 minutes

  • 15 Burpees
  • 20 Box Jumps (24″ box)
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings (53 lbs)
  • 10 Pull-Ups
  • 200-meter Run

Strength Training

Deadlift

  • 5 sets of 5 reps with increasing weight

Cool Down and Stretching (10 minutes)

  • 5 minutes of light jogging or walking
  • Hamstring Stretch – 1 minute each side
  • Quadriceps Stretch – 1 minute each side
  • Shoulder Stretch – 1 minute each side
  • Child’s Pose – 2 minutes
