Beach Volleyball Fitness Тренировка

Beach volleyball is a dynamic, full-body workout that enhances cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and endurance. In this beach volleyball fitness тренировка, you will engage in exercises tailored to improve agility, vertical jump, cooperative movements, and overall stamina. This workout not only makes you fitter and stronger but also equips you with the athletic capabilities specific to the sport.

Warm-up (10 minutes)

  • Jumping Jacks – 2 minutes
  • Dynamic leg swings – 2 minutes
  • High knees – 2 minutes jog on spot
  • Arm Circles – 2 minutes large and small circles
  • Butt kickers – 2 minutes

Agility and Speed (15 minutes)

  • Lateral Shuffle Drill: Set up cones or markers about 15 feet apart. Shuffle rapidly between markers for 3 sets, 1 minute each with 30 seconds rest.
  • Zig-Zag Cone Drills: Place cones in a zigzag pattern, sprint and shuffle through for 3 rounds.

Strength and Jump Training (20 minutes)

  • Squat Jumps: 3 sets of 12 reps. Focus on explosive movement upward.
  • Walking Lunges with Rotation: 4 sets of 12 reps each side.
  • Broad Jumps: 3 sets of 10 reps. Lean into your resets and prepare for maximum distance each time.
  • Plank with Shoulder Taps: 3 sets of 15 taps per arm.

Endurance and Stamina (15 minutes)

  • Burpee Ladder Challenge: Start with 2 burpees, increase by 2 every minute up to 10 minutes. Rest as needed.
  • Volley Rotations: With a partner if possible, 5 minutes of continuous passing, incorporate sprints intermixed as recover between hits.

Cool Down (10 minutes)

  • Hamstring stretch – 2 minutes per leg
  • Quadriceps stretch – 2 minutes per leg
  • Child’s Pose – 3 minutes
  • Deep Breathing – Finish with a 3-minute deep breathing session to lower your heart rate.
